From a commercial viewpoint, three logics are followed to master Customer Satisfaction:
- Organisation by market: each market targeted by Ascometal® is assigned a Market Manager who works closely with Technical & Development Managers, dedicated to the specific needs these customers
- Order management and order follow up close to production facility: customer services are mostly located in the mills for a better interaction with Production and Logistics or in certain subsidiaries of Schmolz+Bickenbach International.
- Sales force close to customers:
- Sales force is close to our customers thanks to a network of subsidiaries of Schmolz+Bickenbach International over 30 countries.
- A specific Direct Export unit, located in France and relyingon a solid network of local agents cares for the rest of the business
